This is a group training service for players of all ages and skill. Players will be instructed in fundamental and advance skills and basketball concepts. This is appropriate for the beginner as well as the advanced athlete. Players are separated by ability.
The focus is to teach athletes the individual skills and concepts of basketball. This is achieved through skill specific drills, and game applicable challenges, thus they know how and when to use the skills in a game. All sessions will culminate in a structured scrimmage. The scrimmages are conducted in small groups to specifically emphasize the skills drilled learned that session. This program bridges the gap between recreational and competitive play
We teach skills through explanation, demonstration, and repetition instilling great training habits. Skills are broken down in phases that are progressive, and are adjusted to be appropriate for a player’s current skill.
Optional training days are once or twice a week.
